Quarter (split half) $4.39 per lb. plus processing (based on 150-200 lb. carcass weight); $100 deposit.  Basic processing is $1.02 /lb.  However, your choices for packaging, sausages etc. may increase your processing charge. Final cost will be based on carcass (or hanging) weight. Half (side of beef) $4.39 per lb. plus processing (based on 300-400 lb. carcass weight); $180 deposit. Basic processing is $0.98/lb.  However, your choices for packaging, specialty products etc. will determine the exact amount.  Prices are based on carcass (or hanging) weight.  Please telephone for a complete explanation of your final cost.

Whole Beef  $4.39 per lb. plus processing (based on 600-800 lb. carcass weight); $250 deposit. Basic processing is currently $0.98/lb.  However, your choices for packaging, specialty products etc. will determine the exact amount.  Prices are based on carcass (or hanging) weight.  Please telephone for a complete explanation of your final cost.

See the ORDERING DIRECT link on our home page for a Q & A on ordering quarters, halves and whole beef.  As a beginning point, consider ordering a CLASSIC QUARTER or a CLASSIC HALF.  Note that all the above orders allow you to customize the cuts, the packaging etc. to suit your needs.  Our processor will guide you thought the cutting order decisions by phone.

We encourage you to take liver, heart, tongue, and soup bones. They are included in the hanging weight of orders for quarters, halves and whole beef. You must, however, indicate to the processor which of these products you desire. Further processed products like sausages, smoked items, etc. do add to your processing charges.

Burger Packs:  ($159) contain 20 to 21 lbs. of 1 lb. packages of ground beef.  The count may be 19 or 21 packages but the total weight will exceed 20 lbs.

Burger Packs are kept in inventory for quick delivery and are not customized.  The contents will fit nicely in the freezer section of most refrigerators.

Specialty items ordered separately: Items such as sausages (minimums required), soup bones, liver, heart, tongue, oxtail etc. are usually available upon request by phone. Supplies of these items as bulk orders are limited.
